XAERO's storage facility is located within the Xi'an Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province. Completed and operational since June 2024, it is divided into bonded and non-bonded storage areas. The large aircraft parts storage area covers approximately 3,000 square meters, with components classified and stored by aircraft structure type — including engines, APUs, control surfaces, landing gear, and more. The medium and small parts storage area spans 11,017m², organized by mechanical components, electronic components, and engine disassembly parts. Dedicated functional zones include incoming goods storage, parts inspection, parts issuance, engine cradle storage, and equipment storage. XAERO has independently developed a proprietary asset management system tailored to aircraft disassembly and parts management, providing fully integrated end-to-end control — now officially in operation. The system also integrates RFID technology for efficient data capture and streamlined warehouse management, significantly improving operational efficiency and data accuracy.
