SUMMARY: This is a full-time on-site role located in Garner, NC for a Manager, Rotable Sales. XAERO USA is actively seeking a Manager, Rotable Sales, with substantial knowledge of the Commercial Aviation Aftermarket sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the success of the company's growth strategy and have primary responsibility for oversight of the sales operations related to rotable parts, developing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes analyzing sales data, communicating with customers and internal team members, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop a strong customer base with increasing revenue opportunities.
- Identify potential opportunities for increased market share.
- Conduct regular travel to customer sites and trade shows.
- Interface with customers to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with Purchasing & Repairs Manager to optimize inventory to support customer base.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- NO LESS than 5 years of high-level rotable sales experience, primarily with narrow-body Airbus and Boeing aircraft and associated powerplants is required.
- Sound knowledge of commercial aircraft operations and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) operations.
- Existing relationships with key customers in the commercial aviation aftermarket space
- Product line management background is preferred.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Keen Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal and Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated track record of success and meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with complex RFP/RFQ processes
