On 15 September 2025, Honeywell — a global leader in aerospace technology — and Xiamen XAERO Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a distribution agreement, marking the beginning of a new chapter of strategic cooperation in China's aviation aftermarket.

Under the agreement, Honeywell has authorised XAERO as the exclusive distributor of 737NG and 737 NGS series Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) products across Mainland China. XAERO brings deep expertise in aviation parts leasing and trading, a comprehensive supply capability, and extensive industry experience — all of which will further strengthen its competitive position in domestic aviation parts distribution.

The collaboration covers critical LRU product categories including air conditioning, bleed air control, and temperature control systems, all tailored for the Air Transport (ATR) aftermarket and precisely aligned with the maintenance and support requirements of the 737NG aircraft family. This partnership will provide airlines and MRO enterprises in China with efficient and reliable parts support.

The agreement took effect on 15 September 2025. The 737NG LRU authorisation commences on 24 March 2026, while the NGS LRU authorisation takes effect from 1 January 2027. Both authorisations carry a three-year validity period.

This strategic collaboration brings together complementary strengths from both parties. It will enhance China's aftermarket supply ecosystem for the 737NG aircraft family and contribute to the more efficient and standardised development of China's aviation aftermarket.
