On 27 January 2026, Airbus A321-200 aircraft B-6343 was ferried from Jinan, Shandong, to Stratton Aviation in Maine, USA — marking a pivotal moment in XAERO's international strategy. This aircraft, the first overseas asset under the US-based XAERO entity, was far more than a transatlantic ferry flight. It represented a fully company-led initiative to unlock the value of an overseas aircraft asset from start to finish.

A specialist team comprising Engineering Operations Director and GM Assistant Xue Hongbo, Operations Centre Manager Huanhuan Zhang, and Engineer Sun Yuzhou travelled to the site to oversee the project. Working in close collaboration with Stratton Aviation, the team led the assessment of the engine disassembly environment and monitored the subsequent engine and airframe teardown throughout the entire process.

The milestone significance of this project lies in the fact that it marks the first time XAERO has achieved fully independent management of an overseas aircraft asset. Every core stage of the process — from teardown and repairs to pricing, logistics, and sales — was decided and executed entirely by the XAERO team. This demonstrates that the company now possesses mature international asset operating capabilities, with the ability to independently manage the complete chain of overseas asset disposal.

This achievement lays a solid practical foundation for XAERO to maximise the value of global aircraft assets going forward, and represents an important step in the company's continuing journey towards becoming a truly global aviation asset management enterprise.
